Jim has worked with a significant number of executives and managers in a broad range of industries and functions from small and medium sized companies to Fortune 50 corporations.
Jim’s organizational perspective is the result of his experience as a Marine Corps officer, Xerox sales market specialist, training director, and in various executive leadership roles. His operational experience includes multi-unit operations with P&L responsibilities of greater than $440 million as V.P., Operations. Jim’s consulting background includes 14 years as a V.P., and senior consultant with an international HR consulting firm and a total of 20 plus years as a professional consultant and coach.
Jim graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Business and Economics and has a Master of Arts In Liberal Studies from Duke University. He completed Harvard’s Program on Negotiations and is qualified in a variety of assessments and is certified in the Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks assessment. Jim is a Certified Professional Consultant (CPC), and a member of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations (ICCO).
